inspectAgaff app for iPhone and iPad

inspectAgaff is a new online inspection and survey app designed for estate agents. If you manage rental properties for owners you will more than likely carry out inspections and surveys on a regular basis, this app allows you to create & design the layout and questions however you want. To create a new survey search for the postcode of the property and either create a new form or use the old form and update the questions.

You can have drop down boxes with multiple choice, date picker fields, yes or no tick boxes, you can attach pictures to any question using the camera on your iPad, or upload from your library.

As soon as your form is filled in it is available to anyone who has access in your office, you can immediately print out a formatted report for the property or email it directly to the landlord, the tenant and yourself, or any combination.

The app is continually being developed, and is already in use with a number of letting agents, there is a link in the app to email us suggestions, if it is possible to include then we will do.

All data is stored in the cloud, backed up by us, meaning no data on your iPad, and less risk for you if your device should get lost.
